Homecoming Causes Homosexuality
Flamingo Jones reported that in Texas, a Homecoming generations old tradition where boys dress like girls and vice versa was cancelleled after a parent complained about the event's homosexual overtones.
Gak. Really, this is getting out of control. It's a fun tradition. It's supposed to play with stereotypes, you know, that only the man can ask the woman out. Oh, no, empowering women, what an awful tradition! And how dare they make anything fun?? Or social. I'd like to think this would happen only in Texas...but I fear not.
As a substitute for "TWIRP Day," the schools ranging fromShit. You have got to be kidding me. I can't even put it any better than she did: "So, as long as you're gay-hating, gun-toting, god-fearin' folk, you get to change long-standing school tradition to conform to your every nit-picky little whim."

There's a carnival in the town of Alost (Belgium) where many men dress as women on the last day. The thing about it is it's totally over the top, specially by the end of the night when the wigs are sagging and the make-up running. Hilarious. You'd have to be pretty uptight to read anything into it.
