For BC. The psycho judge actually got a decision right - she said we had to give the names, genders, and date of birth of all inidividuals the two decision makers promoted (she wanted all SM in five states and we said no, we'd give those for the two decisionmakers promoted) and the personnel file of someone we didn't turn over and should have. So in our brief, we didn't discuss it at all b/c she was clearly entitled to it. But all the stuff she wanted that we argued against, she doesn't get. Take that BC!
